platform for learning, skills development, and micro-credentialing. Moodle will serve as a centralized repository
for training materials, support staff development, and enable micro-credentialing to recognize specific
competencies, offering a low-cost, efficient, and flexible solution for professional growth.
Purpose and Benefits: This portal aims to streamline our training and development initiatives by providing a
user-friendly platform to host online courses, store resources, track progress, and award micro-credentials.
Key benefits include:
• Cost-Effective: As free, open-source software, Moodle eliminates licensing fees, with minimal setup
costs for hosting and customization.
• Centralized Repository: Store training materials, job aids, and reference documents in one accessible
location for self-paced learning.
• Skill Development: Offer tailored courses to enhance critical skills such as problem-solving,
